ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Leah Kouba, the Designer and Owner of Leah Kouba Interiors grew up in a very small town in South Dakota. As a young girl, she had a love for art and creating, a vision to become an Interior Designer working with both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. After attending Design School in Arizona, she began working with a Boutique Interior Design Firm in Phoenix gaining experience in high-end home Design, Renovation and Furniture Plans. Although she loved her work in the Desert, she decided it was time for a change, a change that brought her out to Los Angeles.

Instead of jumping right back into Design, a career in Real Estate blossomed. As an Agent for The Agency, she learned not only the ins and outs of the Real Estate Market, but also the flow of showing houses, what simple work, landscaping and upgrades would help sell the home and the art and importance of Home Staging to achieve fast and lucrative sales. After working with many Home Staging Companies on her own Listings, Leah decided to work as a Designer for one of the largest Home Staging companies in Los Angeles to get her feet wet in the Staging world.

After less than one year of part time Designing, she decided to start her own Boutique Home Staging and Interior Design Company in which she showcases her very own Style while focusing on the needs of her clients. This bespoke Staging Style is a mixture of vintage, Midcentury Modern, Danish, Bohemian and clean, Modern elements. Leah works closely with every single property from start to finish, layering and creating beautiful moments from every angle, guiding Buyers effortlessly through the home. She wants everyone who walks into one of her homes to fall in love with not only the space, but the feel of the space, with the furniture, art, bedding and accessories. The goal is to make the home so beautiful and inviting that the Buyer never wants to leave.
